Shipping and returns
Shipping
Orders are shipped with a trackable service.
Shipping is free in Italy for orders of €60 or more. For orders under €60, the shipping cost is shown during checkout.
For other European countries, available shipping costs and methods are indicated at checkout.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with available information to track your delivery.
Any delays caused by the courier, holiday periods, or circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You can communicate your decision to return a product within 14 calendar days from the day you received the order, without having to provide a reason.
To request a return, please write to info@lurieo.com, indicating:
first name and last name;
order number;
product you wish to return;
reason for contact, if you wish to share it.
We will send you instructions and the address to which to ship the product. After communicating the withdrawal, the product must be returned within the next 14 days.
The product can be inspected to the extent necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning. The customer is responsible for any decrease in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.
We ask you to return the product complete with accessories and, when available, its original packaging.
Return costs
The costs of return shipping are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or different from the one ordered.
Do not ship defective or incorrect products before receiving our instructions.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lurieo.com, attaching the order number and some photographs of the product and packaging.
We will examine the request and provide you with instructions for replacement, refund, or another applicable solution.
Refunds
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund includes the price of the returned products and, when required by applicable law, the cost of standard delivery. Any additional costs chosen for a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.
The refund is processed within 14 days of the communication of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until the customer provides proof of shipment, whichever is earlier.
The time it takes for the amount to be visible in the account depends on the bank or payment service provider.
